Our Beginning

Lisa Drew, founder, is a certified nutritionist and wellness coach. As part of her clients homework, they must fill out a daily journal to bring to their nutrition assessment; part of which is to see what habits they have before signing up for one of her programs. Lisa kept seeing frozen meals and fast food as meal options. She thought to herself, there has to be a better way. That's when the light bulb went off, "I'll do it! I will make the meals geared toward each person's specific health needs" she said. As a teenager and young adult her parents would make meals for her grandmother, portion control them, deliver to her, put some in the refrigerator and some in the freezer to last a week or two. Lisa took that idea and ran with it. And thus, Deliciousness was born.

Food is your medicine. No matter if you are looking to lose or maintain weight, reduce medications, reduce inflammation, reduce pain, etc. you need to take note of the foods that you eat. Each individual body is different. There is no such thing as one diet fits all. The main key to healthy living is eating whole foods (organic if possible), exercise, reduce stress, get proper sleep, enjoy sex, face your past and deal with your emotions.
