So many people are overwhelmed when it comes to healthy eating. It's not a complicated grandiose thing. Get back to basics. Eat whole foods; organic if you can. Like I tell my clients "HAVE FUN WITH FOOD!" Get back to your 5yr old self and play. Get creative. Dust off those old cookbooks that have been sitting there, hop on Pinterest or better yet just throw some ingredients together and see what creation you come up with. There are so many healthy and fun recipes to try. A recipe is basically a starting point. You can make it your own. You control the ingredients. Deliciousness is all about fun with food. Trying new ingredients and flavor profiles. Eat your colors too! (That will be a whole different blog post). Life is too short to be boring. I look forward to sharing fun finds, recipes and a whole host of info with you. Remember, Life is a journey. Live healthy along the way!
